He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Flatt and Kathryn Brown Flatt; and his siblings, Dwitt Flatt, Debbie Collyar and Denise Moyer.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Flatt; his son Brian Flatt (Shannon) of Stonewall; his brother Dwain Flatt (Dracy) of Drumright; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Flatt of Drumright and Bob Moyer of Vinita; and his grandson Tristan Wagnon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
