She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie Marian Moore Holbrook and Joseph Franklin Holbrook; her stepmother Mildred Leona Holbrook; her husband Luther Reed; and her children, Ruth Fifer, Jesse Reed, Iris McIntyre, Margaret Sweet and Tina Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Rosanna Anderson, Mildred (Philip Crawford), Elsie Haskins (Michael Musgrave), John (Kim Reed), Regina (Gus Hercules) and Stanley Hodges. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
