She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shindler and Lilian Grace Bundik Shindler; her spouse Lee Roy Hardcastle; her son Steven Wayne; and her grandsons, Justin and Aaron Hardcastle.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel Roy Hardcastle of Ada, Adam Floyd Hardcastle (Vicki) of Eureka Springs, AR and Kim Hardcastle of Ada; her daughter-in-law Teresa Felder of Ada; and her grandchildren, Amber Herrera (Jay) of Berryville, AR, Nathan Hardcastle (Jenn) of Ada and Kayden Hardcastle (Paige) of Ada. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
