He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mankin and Francis Hutchof. He is survived by: his stepson Joseph Mankin; his wife Dianne Mankin; his sons, Bill Mankin, Gary Leroy Mankin Jr., Joe Mankin and Tim Mankin; and his sisters, Jonette Mankin-Edwards and Connie Clark. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
