He is survived by: his wife Betty Fain; his children, Meloni Flickinger (Bryan) of Benton, KS, Penny Cotner (Jeff) of Bartlesville, OK and Tim Fain (Erica) of Edmond, OK; his sister Lawanda Grass; his half-brothers, Ken Lewis and George Fain; and his grandchildren, Tiffini Battiste, Mathieu Flickinger, Alex Fain, Taylor Delker, Cara Hardee, Parker Fain, Bailey Peterson, Camden Cotner and Chase Cotner.
