She is survived by: her parents, Jay Dean Johnson of Ada and Charlene Ramona Holden of Ada; her children, Tino Rojas of Ada, Ashantay Reyes of Ada, Angelica Rojas of Ada and Hannah Rojas of Ada; her brother Jason Johnson of Ada; and her grandchild Nevaeh McIntosh. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
