It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Jamar of Ada, Oklahoma, born in Saint Louis, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Homer and Ruth Woodward Thompson Bettis; her husband Alvin Jamar; and her brothers, Monroe and Hershel Bettis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Hendricks (David) of Ada, Dena Withrow of Yukon, OK and Karla Garberick (James) of Ada; her sister Betty Gerth of Ada; her grandchildren, Dylan Hendricks (Carly) of Marlow, Dayton Hendricks, Dawson Hendricks (Miranda), Kalee Withrow of Broken Bow and Kendyl Withrow of Iwakuni, Japan; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Hendricks, Carter Hendricks, Luke Hendricks, Baker Hendricks and Beckham Kelly. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
