He was predeceased by: his parents, T. H. Haley (Haley) and Zelma Haley; and his siblings, Jack Haley and Carter Williams. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Clark-Haley; and his siblings, Joe Williams (Doris), Kirby Williams (Mary Sue) and Kay Lynne Haley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Criswell Funeral Home (815 E Arlington St, Ada, OK 74820). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Union Valley Baptist Church (10041 County Rd 3500, Ada, OK 74820).
