He is survived by: his brother Jerry Clark (Debra) of Smyrna Delaware; his niece Joy Warner; his nephews, Jeremy Clark (Samantha), Jesse Clark (Bridget Walters) and Dustin Clark (Pamela) of Little Elm; his aunt Sue Clark of Ada; and his great-niece Jeaneva Ortez (Hayden) of Lake Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
