James Manning Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 4, 2022, at the age of 90, James Manning of Ada, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Manning and Hallie Shaffer Manning; his former wife Joan Anoatubby; and his siblings, Clarence Manning, Onie Grace Manning, Greter Brawley, Linnie Weaver and Ozella Vogan.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hellen Ballard of Ada; his sons, Jimmy (Patsi) of Ardmore and Michael (Donna) of Ada; his stepchildren, Roger Ballard (Vicky) of Catoosa, Barry Ballard (LaDonna) of Edmond and Rita Smalling (Wendell) of Hugo; and his grandsons, John Manning, Sam Manning, Jared Manning, Hunter Palesano, Joshua Palesano and Ian Palesano. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
