He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Inez Vernon Agee (Alton); his wife Deloris; his siblings, William Franklin "Abe" of John Thomas, Harold Dale Agee, Bobby Don, Paul "Duke" Graham, Geneva, Juanita and Lelia Jean Agee; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Graham, Wesley Prater, Conla'Ross, Beverly Ross, Lela Kaderka and Jeanne Calvin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Roller (Ada) of Ada, Gina DeHoyos (Jess) of McLoud and Tishia Agee of Ada; his granddaughters, Jordan Roller of Norman, OK and Rachel Roller of Ada; and his nephew Darrell Walker.
