He is survived by: his mother Cathy Moore Perkins of Asher; his wife Gina; his children, Daniel Perkins (Marilyn) of Ada, Gabriel Perkins of Satsuma, AL, Devin Cothren (Samantha) of Stratford, Trenton Cothren of Ada, Hannah Perkins of Sacramento, CA and Rebekah Wright (Adam) of Yorktown, VA; his siblings, Eric Perkins of Indianapolis, IN and Amy Perkins; his aunts, Jackie Ferguson and Gail Moore; his father-in-law Bob Adams; his grandmother Arlene Franklin; and his grandchildren, Ethan Ward, Bryar Cothren and SaigLee Cothren. He is also survived by many nephews and cousins.
