He was predeceased by: his mother Rhonda Jean Moreland (Gormley); his grandparents, Kennith Moore, Shirlene Moore, Barbara Gormley and Robert Gormley; Jerry Moreland.

He is survived by: his father Randy Allen Moore; his wife Stephanie Moore (Philpot); his sons, Braden Moore and Creed Moore; his siblings, Joseph Moore, Chris Stanfield and Brandi Ward; his aunt Shara Moore; and his brother-in-law Brandon Reeder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (123 E 13th St, Ada, OK 74820). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Life Community Church (330 E 14th St, Ada, OK 74820).
