He is survived by: his children, John Self (Audra) of Ada, James Self of Nebraska and LeAnn Barnes (Richard) of Roff; his siblings, Billy Self of Noble, Mike Self of Pauls Valley, Ruth Flesher of Hennessey, OK and Debbie Robnett of Norman; his grandchildren, Lacy, Cody, Derrick, Stephanie, Samantha, Christian, Kyile and Lanae; and his great grandchildren, Katyn, Jacee, Lori, Khloe, Bella, Alayna, Dom, Arlo, Chase, Colson, Felicity, Zaiden, Prudence, Pyper, Immanuel, Aiden, Ava, Bentley, Baylor and Nova. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
