He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Diane Ross; his children, Eric Turner, Kevin Troy Turner of Ada, Johnny Turnbow (Jan) of Coalgate, David Turnbow of Ada and Geri Amanda Akin (Robert) of Holdenville; his brother Jacky Turner (Dana) of Tupelo; his grandsons, Hunter Parker (Bethany) of Tupelo and Fisher Parker (Dakota) of Coalgate; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Cohen, Gunner, Ava, Ana and Ariana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Byrd's Prairie Cemetery (Tupelo, OK 74572).
