He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Duke (Stephen) of Ada; his grandchildren, Kianah Vivier and Garrett Duke; his great grandchild Laeton Ryan; his former wives, Juanita "Sam" Haskins of Ada and Elsie Haskins of Ada; his sons, John Paul Townsend (Christina) of Ada and Joseph Ross (Allison) of Ada; and his grandchildren, Sophya, Harrison Townsend, Olin, Delaney Ross, Dallas Duke, Shay Duke, Dylan Duke, Amy of Ada, Paige Horton and Cotey of Ada. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
