She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Dean and Eva Eaves Shed; her husband Bobby Gene Benefield; her son Randy Benefield; and her siblings, Gearl Shed and Pauline Kight.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Benefield (Shelley) of Ada and Stewart Benefield of Ada; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Aliff (Erik), Emily Roland (Calaeb), Marni Zaleschuk (John) and George Benefield. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
