He was predeceased by: his parents, Mirl Melvin and Minnie Lucille Chism Moon; and his son Steven Joe Moon. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Gayla and Ronnie Branscum; his wife Glenda Anderson (Carter); his children, Tina Moon (Cheryl), Philip Khoury (Missy) and Stephen Khoury; his grandchildren, Ashleigh (Calvin), Danielle (Stephen), Lauren (Trevor), Carter, Katherine, Tyler and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Ragean and Hunter.
He'd fought a long health battle with diabetes, heart failure, and Parkinson's.
