She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Moran and Maggie Moran; her significant other William Dandridge Simpson (Bill) of Fitzhugh, OK; her son Billy Simpson, Jr.; and her sisters, Floda Mae Hickey and Margie Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Ron of Colorado Springs, Rick (Ann) of Edmond and Jamie (Melinda) of Ada; her grandchildren, Zach Simpson, Rachel (David Pearson), Jessica (Caleb Story) and Austin (Jude Simpson); and her great grandchild Luken James Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in Memory of Joyce Simpson.
