She is survived by: her children, Phillip Beach (Mechelle) of Helena, AR, Kenneth Harold Atchley III of Wynnewood, OK, Tracy Rogers (David) of Malvern and Kimberly Atchley Ballard (Chris) of Lockesburg, AR; her siblings, R. B. Beach (Carolyn) of Shawnee, OK, Wallace Beach of Ada, OK, David Beach of Ada, OK, Mary Lou Tate of Ada, OK and Shirley Tyler of Ada, OK; her grandchildren, Lane Mayo (Elizabeth), Caney Hicks, Christy Jo Martz (Tom), Kenneth Michael Purtell, Dusty Purtell (Ashlyn), Dallas Purtell, Dalton Atchley (Jordan), Chelsee Atchley Cortez, Madison Atchley, Uriah Beach, Cheyenne Swilley, Samantha Ballard, Molly Bowen and Gretzky Clarke; and her sister-in-law Gayle Holleman. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren.
