She is survived by: her husband Matt Wade; her children, David (Lisa) of Ada, Michael (Donna) of Moore, Matt Jr. of Surrey, British Columbia, Nicole of Gainesville, Dustye of Edmond and Traci of Aldergrove; her sisters, Mary and Kathie; her adoptive son Shawn Soltysik; and her granddaughter Chelsi Megli. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
