She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Douglas and Helen Lorene Murray Klutts. She is survived by: her son Shawn Hughes of Ada; her grandchildren, Kaylee Rae Hughes-Chapman, Keric Douglas Lane, Dillan Douglas Hughes and Autumn Grace Crandall; and her caregivers, Debra McDonald and Shelly Beauchamp.
