He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Valentine Chasteen and Minnie May Chasteen; and his siblings, Clayton, Foy, Oliver, Marie, Mae, Mable, Otis and Aubrey.
He is survived by: his children, Leonard Ray (Whochie), Teresa and Brenda Chasteen; his grandchildren, Nick, Damien, Tariel, Desi, Tamico and Shane; his great-nephew Joe Thomas; and his former spouses, Elvin, Eric, Dillion, Cheyenne, Zack and Haley Atkeson. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, great-nieces, nephews and great nephews.
