She was predeceased by: her parents, Olef Rutledge and Katharyn Sanders Rutledge; and her siblings, Larry Rutledge, Tommy Rutledge, Hurshall Rutledge and Barbara Fowler.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel M. Cruz; her sons, Marcus L. Cruz of Ada, Daniel O. Cruz (Amanda) of Ada and Eddie Cruz (Rosa) of Ada; her grandchildren, Blane Cruz, Tyler Kile, Aylee Cruz, Kayte Cruz, Ashton Anderson, Acean Anderson, Isaac Cruz, Angelica Cruz, Araceli Cruz, Andrea Cruz, Realyn Cruz and Chevy Cruz; her daughter-in-law Stormie Goodgion; and her sister-in-law Sallye Rutledge.
