She is survived by: her mother Mary Rosalie Bohot Petty of Purcell; her husband Leland Perkins; her daughters, Sherri Crain (Jake) of Hotchkiss, CO and Keri Hawthorne (Luke) of Clifton, CO; her sisters, Shirley Clark and Judy Cox; and her grandchildren, Rory Crain, Caleb Crain, McKenzie Stockton, Emma Jacobsen and Ethan Hawthorne. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
