She was predeceased by: her husband Ethelbert Dean Rich (Albert). She is survived by: her children, Lena Cauley (Wayne), Sam Rich (Terry) and DeAnn McDonald (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Amy, Tasha, Heather, Wanda, Tara, Sierra, Ashley of Tryven, DJ and Wyatt.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Criswell Funeral Home (815 E Arlington St, Ada, OK 74820).
