She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Luther and Lillie Cooper Bottoms; her son-in-law Dub Berryhill; and her sisters, Erma Sharber and Loretta Riley.

She is survived by: her husband Wiley Underhill; her daughters, Lisa Fillmore (Steven) of Fittstown and Fran Berryhill of Oklahoma City; her siblings, Odell Bottoms of Ardmore and Pat Wallace (Larry) of Norman; her grandsons, Derek Fillmore, Brett Fillmore (Catherine) and Preston Fillmore; and her great grandchildren, Theodore Fillmore and Caleb Fillmore.
