She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Ruby Hester Ely; and her siblings, Etheleen Ely and Gerald Ely. She is survived by: her husband Wendell Raper; her sons, Mark Raper (Kelly) and Chris Raper (Angie); and her grandchildren, Caleb Raper, Nathanael Raper, Luke Raper, Colton Raper and Hannah Raper. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
