He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Fox and Dorothy Lee Underwood Fox; his siblings, Donald Ray Carmichael, Gary Wayne Fox and Carolyn Fox; and his nephew Eric Carmichael.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Carol Shields; his daughters, Amber Fox of Ada and Cara Fox of Ada; his niece Falisha Keel of Norman; his grandchildren, Tadyn Walker, Kason Tresyn Walker, Kadynce Hamilton, Nathias Hamilton and Kyzer Nario; his siblings, Mary Colbert (Larry) of Fittstown, Vera Simmons (Rick) of Ada, Bob Fox of Ada and Sam Fox (Cindy) of Spaulding, OK; and his grandchildren, Catie Hamilton, Gov, Bill Anoatubby, Lt. Gov, Chris Anoatubby, Emeritus Jefferson Keel and Jeff Keel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
