He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Clemmons and Glaphfrey Shoemaker Frank; his siblings, Billie Jean Frank, Loretta Frank, Jancie Frank, Paulette Frank and Norman Orville Frank; and his granddaughters, Tori Taylor and Audrey Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Pamelia Frank; his children, Chris Frank (Angela), Robert Horn (Deanann), David Horn, Jason Horn (Jennifer), Sheila Alexander, Becky Coleman and Crissey Vice (Kenneth); and his brother Gary Frank. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
