He was predeceased by: his parents, John Donald and Celeste Kathryn Schmuecker Kemler; and his brother John Anthony Kemler. He is survived by: his wife Sharlet Dale Waller; and his children, David Stevens (Sneha) of Santa Fe, NM, ReDenia Douglas (Skip) of Francis, Lisa Smith (Rickey) of Tulsa and Tana Rogers (Calvin) of Burleson, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
