He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Earl Russell Muntz and Oliva "Lindy" Muntz; his stepmother Jane Muntz; his brother John Muntz; his sister-in-law Betty Muntz; his stepbrother Steve Omohundro; and his nephew Wade Muntz.
He is survived by: his sister Beverly Muntz Ford (Mike); his stepsiblings, Bruce Omohundro (Diane) and Ruth Ann Cross; his nieces and nephews, Lindy Cronkhite, Shannon Holt, Mary Havins, Molly Beall, Weston Muntz, Brandon Ford, Darrin Ford, Marshall Omohundro and Cameron Cross; his friends, Carson Taylor, Kathy Taylor and Randy Taylor; GaeVonne Martin and Connie Martin. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church or P.A.W.S. Animal Shelter, both in Ada.
