He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Harkins (Hogue) and James Harkins (Jimmy); his brothers, Keith and Billy Harkins; and his niece Jennifer Wingate.
He is survived by: his brother Gary Harkins; his sister-in-law April Hunter; and his siblings, Tommy Harkins and Karen Wingate. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and many nieces and nephews.
