He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Helen Lewellen (Crockett) and Ronald Keith Lewellen. He is survived by: his sister Carole; his brother-in-law Randy Whitlow; his nephew Robert Whitlow; and his niece Elizabeth Pickens. He is also survived by two aunts and several cousins.
