She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Phillips (Lewis) and Kathryn Phillips; her daughter Tonya Allen; and her siblings, Lewis Jean Phillips, Gary Phillips and Joann Bisbee.
She is survived by: her daughter Tandala Hunter; her sister Janice Garrett; and her grandchildren, Zachary Parr, Joshua Allen, Michael Allen and Christina Bain. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lightning Ridge Cemetery (18837 County Rd 3460, Roff, OK 74865).
