He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Gail Robinson Haggard; and his grandparents, Hobert Robinson, Jr., Mary Dale West Robinson, Bennie Haggard and Elwanda Pinley Wiseman.

He is survived by: his father Garry Dwaine; his wife Karen Lynn Cobb; his children, Garry, Donna Haggard and Haley Lee (Richard); his stepchildren, Joseph Foster, Ada, Nicholas Van Meter (Amber) and Hannah Van Meter; his brother Brandon Haggard (Shannon); his grandchildren, Allison Lee, Zayden Foster, Vera Van Meter and Gaberiel Dudley; and his stepgrandchildren, Paige and James Johnston. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
