She is survived by: her sister Janet Mayoral (Frank); her siblings' children, Alicia, Sean and Michaela; her sister Trish Evans (Jason); her siblings' children, Tori and Connor; her brother Jonathan Ozment; her nieces, Miranda and Natalie; her brother Timothy Ozment; her husband Michael Evans; her daughter Sylvia Martinez (Eric); her grandchildren, Aryka, Jonathan, Juleah, Natalee and Deen; her nephew Sheldon Newton; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachel, Evan, Ryan and Cain (JC).
