She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. "Bill" Hollis and Charlotte Ross Hollis; and her brother John Hollis. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Hawkins of Ada; her sons, Casey Hawkins (Wendy) and Zac Hawkins (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Allysen Taylor (Lane), Lauryn Hawkins (Reese Siegle), Jayli Hawkins, Addisyn Hawkins, Isabel Hawkins, Julia Hawkins and Abby Fredrick; and her brother E. H. "Butch" Hollis.
