He was predeceased by: his father Charles Gregory (Butch); his daughter Patricia Michelle Gregory; his mother Elizabeth Frazier (Buffy); and his siblings, LeRoy Page, Gary Gunn and LaDonna Levesque.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gregory of Golden Valley, Arizona; his children, Timothy Gregory (Nicole) of Quinton, Larry Michael Chastain (Anna) of Steilacoom, Arthur Gregory of California, Jennifer Gregory of Edmond, Melinda Kerby (Rox) of Oklahoma City and Amy Ross (Matthew) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his siblings, Charles Gregory (Kim) of Spanish Springs, NV and Karen Willbanks of Springfield, MO.; his grandchildren, Haili Luman Cottrell of Atoka, OK, Lexy Bourland of Denton, TX, Cameron Chastain, Autumn Chastain of Steilacoom, WA, Alorany Villalobos (Allie) of Mesa, AZ, Isaiah Green-Lozano, Ezekial Green-Lozano, Kamara Whitfield, Mariah Whitfield of Oklahoma City, OK, Tripp Gregory, Tylee Gregory and Tennesyn Gregory of Quinton, OK.; and his great grandchildren, Ella Scott of Williams, AZ, Jasper Cottrell and Lincoln Cottrell of Atoka, OK..
