He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Byrd and Betty Byrd; his sister Shelly Byrd; and his grandparents, Coy, Dovie Byrd, Orval and Beaula Maxey.

He is survived by: his fiancée Rhonda Ashley of Ada; and his brothers, Marty Byrd of Ada and Justin Byrd of Ada.
