He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Michelle Smith (Jeremy) of Ada, Brittany Miller (Floyd) of Ada and Gina Johnson of Ada; his father Tom Miller of Ada; his siblings, David Miller (Teresa) of Ardmore and Lisa Vest of Ada; his grandchildren, Mallorie Ramsey, Jeremy Smith, Jr., Peyton Johnson, Haleigh Miller and Grant Johnson; and his great grandchild Haven Raney. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
