He was predeceased by: his father Aaron Foshee; and his brothers, Gabriel Vazquez and Manuel Vazquez. He is survived by: his siblings, Hipolito Vazquez (Teresa) of Ada, OK, Raquel Silvestre of San Juan, Jalisco, Mexico, Socorro Gutierrez (Manuel) of Ada, OK and Maria Vazquez (Andres) of Lopez. He is also survived by thirty-four nieces and nephews.
