He was predeceased by : his grandparents, James Roger Evans (Linda Evans), Mimi Janet Sue Howard and Gloria White (Ike Kirby). He is survived by : his parents, Roger Lynn Evans and Sheryl Evans (Kirby) of Spaulding; his daughter Hadleigh Evans (Amanda Hunt); the parents of child, Jerry and Nancy Hunt of Ada; his siblings, Jake Evans (Courtney Evans) of Calvin and Shelby Evans of Holdenville; and also Jacey Hunt of Ada. He is also survived by many cousins, three nieces and one nephew.
