He is survived by: his wife Kristi McDonald; his sons, Trevor Clark, Jr. and Jesse Clark; his brother Brett Clark (Patty); his nieces and nephews, Cooper, Carter Clark, Trenton, Layne Clark, Elizabeth Middleton and Clareese Winn; and his great-nephew Maverick Charles.
