He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harley Guinn and Bobbie Burns Guinn; and his brother George Guinn. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Susan Morse of Ada, Four and Wendy Phillips of Ada, Four; and his grandchildren, Abby Lumley, Michael McDonald, Laura McDonald and James Phillips. He is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
