He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Seals Sr. and Johnnie Mae Seals (Brown); his daughter Yolanda "Yoyo" Graham; and his siblings, Gussie McKinzie, Bertha Seals, Raymond Seals, Walter Seals, Calvin Seals, Eli Seals, Curtis Seals and Douglas Seals.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Seals; his daughters, Misty Graham (Ada) and Eunice Black; and his niece Betty Weaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
