He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Hall; his brother Warren K. Hall; his nephew Joshua Hall (McKayla); his great-nephew Alex Hall; his niece Brianna Hall; his nephew Brin Hall; his close friend Heide Brandes; and his friends, Scott Wallace, Ed Moody, Dave Overton and Terry Stillwell.
