He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Allsup; his siblings, Lynn Richard (Carol) and Mary Kay Roberts; his sons, Thomas (Lynn) and Bill (Kim); his granddaughter Natalie (Sam); and his sons, Kendall, David and Avery.
