He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Smith; his sons, Darrell Smith (Quannah) of Adair, OK and Tim Smith (Lisa) of Chelsea, OK; his siblings, Maurice Smith of Goshen, IN, Betty Mullet (John) of Goshen, IN and Lois King (Calvin) of Gainsville, GA; and his grandchildren, Wyatt, Aubrey Smith of Canyon, TX, Joe Smith (Hannah Taylor) of Welling, OK, Megan, Jake Perrier of Adair, OK, Gus and Hannah Smith of Adair, OK. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
