He is survived by: his children, Johnny Worthy of Cushing, Mike Worthy of Checotah, Oklahoma, Alan Worthy (Kelly) of Stillwater and Diann Meyers (Tim) of Agra; and his daughter-in-law Betty Worthy of Agra. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
